Students must wear an ASTM-SEI certified equestrian helmet at all times while mounted. You're welcome to bring your own, but it must be certified and less than 5 years old (as shown on label under liner). We provide helmets in all sizes.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled lesson time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the lesson cost.
Late Policy: No charge for arriving late to lesson, but lesson must end at pre-scheduled time.
Rainy Day Policy: We live in Humboldt, and we don't cancel because of the rain! We have fun, educational rainy day lessons planned for when the rain doesn't allow us to ride. Rainy Day Lessons cover all the same topics as our usual lessons. We make up for riding time on the next clear day.
Payment Policy: Due to the nature of the service business, payment is due at the time of the lesson. A service cannot be returned like an item in a store, so please plan to pay for your lesson at the time it is taught.
